We aim to be fair and explicit. Refund eligibility depends on whether work has started and how much has been delivered.
Subscription fees are charged in advance. If you cancel, access continues to the end of the paid period and no partial refund is issued for unused days, except where required by law.
Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are refunded in full.
If you request cancellation before requirements review is complete and no production work has begun, you receive a full refund minus non-recoverable payment processing fees.
Once production has started, refunds are prorated against the work delivered. Completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable.
QA engagements are refundable before testing begins. Once test execution has started, fees cover the testing effort performed regardless of the number of bugs found.
Open a Billing support ticket with your order ID. We respond within 3 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
