Service Agreement

The purchased package defines the deliverables. Work outside those deliverables is a change request and is quoted separately before it begins.

You provide accurate requirements, brand assets, access credentials where needed, and timely feedback. Project timelines depend on scope and client responsiveness.

Projects move through brief, requirements review, production, client review and completion. Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds within the original scope.

If no feedback is received within 14 days of a client review request, the milestone is treated as accepted.

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, excluding third-party components, open-source libraries and our pre-existing internal tooling, which remain under their own licences.

Both parties keep non-public information confidential. Access credentials are limited to assigned staff and revoked at project close.
