These Terms govern your access to and use of the MindSpring Lab platform, including the AI workspace and any professional services purchased through the marketplace.
You must provide accurate information and verify your email address. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
Accounts may be suspended for abuse, fraudulent payment activity, or attempts to circumvent usage limits or security controls.
Plan limits (growth plans, AI messages, workflows and tool access) are metered server-side and reset on the stated cadence. Fair-use limits apply to unlimited tiers to protect platform stability.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
AI-generated content is a recommendation, not professional, legal, financial or medical advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating output before relying on it. See the AI Disclaimer.
Services purchased in the marketplace are delivered under the Service Agreement. Scope, deliverables and revision rounds are defined per package and confirmed in the project brief.
Timelines depend on scope and client responsiveness. Delays in providing access, assets or feedback shift delivery dates accordingly.
You may not use MindSpring Lab to generate unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content, to reverse engineer the platform, or to test systems you do not own or have written authorization to test.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindSpring Lab's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
